Kayzen MEP Engineers Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Electrical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will support the design, implementation, and coordination of electrical systems across landmark commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and documentation of electrical systems (LV, ELV, lighting, power distribution)
- Support site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and project stakeholders
- Review contractor submissions and participate in quality assurance processes
- Contribute to energy audits, solar PV integration, and smart infrastructure solutions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in building services or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, and MS Office; Revit is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, KEBS)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced consultancy environment
